Improving the Industry
To help the next generation break into the sector, we sponsor a number of university societies and offer a select number of internships throughout the year. Via Money Maze Learn, we’ve developed thematic playlists of our back catalogue, allowing students to find out more about topics and asset classes of interest.
Simon graduated from the London School of Economics with a degree in Economic History, and subsequently took the advanced management programme at INSEAD, France.
He started his career at Citibank in 1985, where he trained as a portfolio manager, before joining Morgan Stanley in 1989. Over the 17 years there, he managed their global balanced portfolio, was Chairman of their European Asset Allocation Committee and Chief Investment Officer.
From 2006-2019 he was CEO, and an owner of Vantage Investment Advisory Ltd. In addition he is a senior advisor to Rothschild and Co, in London, a Governor of Clifton College, having also served as Chairman of their development trust, and a Trustee of Great Ormond Street Hospital. He became the Co-Founder and Host of the Money Maze Podcast in 2020.

Prior to Campion Capital he spent 17 years in equity derivatives sales for major European and American Investment Banks, being Head of European Equity Derivative Sales at JP Morgan. Prior to that, Will held a similar role at Robert Fleming Securities.
Throughout his career, Will has overseen proprietary desks trading long/short equities, convertible bonds, warrants and options, and investment trust arbitrage.
Outside of work, Will is a father of four and a proud trustee of Child Bereavement UK.

Celine graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA in English Literature. She then acquired an MA in English from Queen Mary University of London.
Experience working in social media content production & marketing, administration, and communications. Passionate about video marketing and production, as well as copywriting and editing.

Madeleine graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a BA in Business with Marketing. She previously worked in financial PR and is now Head of Events.
Production & Communications Executive
Alex is an experienced digital media developer & coordinator, and was formerly the Production Coordinator for HRH King Charles’ cross-platform climate solutions channel, RE:TV.
He holds a BA in English Literature from Queen Mary, University of London, and a master’s in international film business from the University of Exeter and London Film School.
Outside of work, he enjoys creative writing, podcasting and long-distance running.
